COMPLAINT FORM
Attention
BSA students can lodge complaints about academics, staff, facilities, or other issues. Complaints are reviewed within 3 working days, with responses sent via email or phone.
All complaints are confidential. Students may appeal, which will be escalated to Upper Management and processed within 3 working days.
